Abstract
- Research has been conducted on nonmarine picocyanobacteria. The authors have sequenced Synechococcus and Cyanobium isolates for their 16S rRNA gene and phycocyanin operon, and they report the existence of the clusters of nonmarine picocyanobacteria within the picoplankton clade.
