Abstract

Results show that the uptake of DNA frayed wires in the human hepatoma HepG2 cells is 2-3.5-fold greater than those exhibited by single-stranded DNA. Further, nuclear localization of DNA frayed wires is 10-13-fold greater than that of single-stranded DNA.
