Abstract
- Research has been conducted on organic-inorganic hybrid [CH (sub)3 (CH (sub)2) (sub)11 NH (sub)3]SnI (sub)3. The authors report that this hybrid presents a lamellar structure with a Sn-I framework isotypic to thet of MoO (sub)3, and that it offeres a new type of solution-processable Sn-I for application in semiconductors.
