Abstract
- Fears have been raised at Cambridge University about the implications of planned new intellectual property proposals. It is claimed that the proposals would result in academics having to ask the university's authorities for permission to make money from their ideas, giving the university a level of control over the side activities, such as publishing and inventing, of most academics.
