Abstract
- Representing customs agencies from around the world, The World Customs Organization calls for uniform cargo regulations similar to those the U.S. put in place after the 9/11 attacks, in light of increased terrorism threats to shipping. The members of this organization must decide whether to adopt the International Port Facility and Security Code introduced in Brussels last week.
