Ironworkers and their president are polishing up performance

The Ironworker-Management Progressive Action Cooperative Trust (IMPACT) has been launched for increasing the employment and market share for both workers and employers of the Iron working industry. General president Joseph J. Hunt is aiming at increasing the competitiveness of union contractors, streamlining the organization of the union and raising the ironworkers political profile as well improving relations with management.
