Bush seeks to bolster rebuilding in Iraq

Abstract
- President Bush is planning to seek 14.5 billion dollars in additional funds to reconstruct Iraq's infrastructure. The infrastructure plan is a part of an 87-billion dollars supplemental spending proposal and of the total 51 billion dollars would go to support the U.S. military in Iraq.
