Abstract

The crystal structure of the intrinsically active cholera toxin mutant is studied for understanding the structural views of an active form of cholera toxin (CT) or Escherichia coli (LT) and it's toxin active mechanism. A model showing the communication to the active site regarding the activation modifications experienced by CT is proposed.
