Abstract
- A report is presented on the inexpensive fabrication of a large three-dimensional and highly oriented porous microrod array of n-type ZnO semiconductor. This semiconductor has a unique designed architecture consisting of perpendicularly oriented single-crystalline hexagonal rods.
