Thickness dependence of superconducting transition temperature in Co/Sc/Co trilayers and Sc/Co bilayers with SC=NbTi, Nb

Abstract

The proximity effect in the NbTi/Co and the Nb/Co layered system is performed by the measurement of thickness-dependent superconducting transition temperature. In case of NbTi/Co layers, the scaling of the Tsc(dsc) behavior of the trilayers and that of the bilayers indicates that the upper and the lower NbTi/Si interface can be derived from the experimental result.
