Concept-oriented indexing of video databases: toward semantic sensitive retrieval and browsing

A novel framework is proposed to enhance the concept-oriented indexing of video databases. This framework includes a semantic-sensitive video content representation framework, semantic video concept interpretation, a novel semantic video-classifier training framework, and a concept-oriented video database organization technique.
