Absolute O2(a(super 1)delta) concentration measurement in singlet oxygen generator by using the piston source method

A calibrated piston source of light, which simulates a cylindrical-volume luminosity source are used to measure the absolute concentration of O2(a(super 1)delta). It is proved that the piston source method is one of the simplest and the most convenient way to measure the O2(a(super 1)delta) concentration in a singlet oxygen generator.
