Abstract
- An experimental study is conducted to know the repercussions when the polyene chain is elongated on the optical materials of metal pyridyl complexes. Variety of molecules that have huge beta values consists of conjugated alpha systems that possess electron donor (D) and acceptor (A) sets, and their linear optical materials are governed by powerful D(alpha), which leads to alterations in the charge transfer of A(alpha).
