Abstract

A polyamide ligand is created (ImHpPyPy-beta-Dp), which segregates in a dimeric sequence among the four applicable basic pair levels in the smallest groove. This is an important identification for the design of DNA linking drugs, since such identification can be applicable in the large groove of DNA.
