Abstract
- A model having a completely aligned fraction, x-ray fiber diagrams and polarized Raman scattering was used to study maagnetically aligned single wall carbon nanotubes (SWNT), in order to characterize the field-induced alignment. Results suggest that in the SWNTs, the anisotropic electrical and thermal transport properties were caused due to the anisotropic morphology of magnetic field-aligned SWNTs.
