Abstract

The experiment on the comparison of two approaches to structured physical activity surveys for adolescents is conducted to compare the test-related reliability, convergent validity, and overall feasibility or usability of activity-based (AB) and time-based (TB) approaches. A survey conducted on both the genders overestimated activity levels thus supplementing self-reports with objective data.
