Abstract: Polarization reversal and domain dynamics are investigated in 0.7Pb(Mg(sub 1/3)Nb(sub 2/3))O(sub 3)-0.3PbTiO(sub 3) using a method of current transients. The kinetics of the transients are modeled to an equation of state for heterogeneous nucleation in the vicinity of random fields.
