Abstract
- Nick and Betty Coates an Aspen, Colorado based real estate developer and a former interior designer fell in love with the colonial San Miguel, as it had the old colonial feel still luxurious with the upcoming hotels. They bought a house there and hired designer Peter Brown to do the interiors, which is described in detail.
