Abstract
- The microstructure of GdBa2Cu3O7-delta/La0.6Sr0.4MnO3 superlattices grown on MgO substrates by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy was studied. The crystallography of the interfaces found between the layers and the defects was analyzed and their role ion the physical properties of the superlattices was discussed.
