Abstract

South Africa's transport minister shares his view on the transport system of Africa with special emphasis on the aviation sector. He believes in providing timeframes to ensure that aircraft purchased, leased and operated by African countries would be maintained and supported in Africa, by African companies, and African mechanics and engineers.
