U.S. fails to mend image in Europe

European public opinion is still largely negative towards the United States after months of a public relations campaign launched by President George W. Bush. United States foreign policy is disapproved of by 72 percent of Europeans surveyed, 23 percent approve of United States foreign policy and general attitude about the United States earned a flat 50 out of 100.
