Abstract

Burton E. Green built his own estate in 1913, staking out a six-acre knoll above the site of Beverly Hills Hotel and spent a few years constructing a Tudor-style mansion. The house has changed owners a number of times that have designed it according to their taste and style and is currently owned by Geoff Palmer and his wife Anne who are offsetting the lower room heights with classical columns and tray, coffered ceilings, elevating all three floors of the house with opulent detail.
