Abstract

The chemical companies at the Semicon West trade show, held in July 2005 at San Francisco, have highlighted their efforts to supply exotic materials for fast-growing markets such as chemical mechanical planarization and high-end stripping and cleaning chemicals. Honeywell Electronic Materials, Air Liquide, Air Products & Chemicals, Praxair and ATMI were some of the established precursor suppliers that were seen at Semicon.
