The Association of College (AoC) has introduced the Parliament and College Exchange Scheme (PACES) that tries to give the colleges heads and politicians practical experience of the challenges each job brings and improve ways of getting their message across. Principals discuss on college issues such as renewal of buildings and infrastructure, closure of funding gap betweens schools and colleges, and rational local planning with their respective member of parliaments.
