Abstract
- A new four-lane bridge on Grand Avenue in St. Louis, Missouri, slated to be built by 2008 would connect the two sides of St. Louis University's expanding campus. The city has requested 80 percent of the funding for the $25 million project from the Federal Highway Administration and would raise the balance locally.
