Abstract

A study confirms the advantage of high extinction coefficient sensitizers in realizing efficient thin film solar cells. Two novel heretoteptic synthesizers coded as K-19 and K-73 are synthesized and characterized by (super 1)H NMR, FTIR, UV-vis absorption and emission spectroscopy and excited-state lifetime and spectroelectrochemical measurements.
