Abstract

Activation of primary T cells, which results in a yield of interleukin 2 (IL-2), necessitates the presence of two signals. T-cell antigen receptor stimulus and presence of IL-2 minimal are prerequisites for the feasibility of differentiation of native cells into primed ones. Autocrine nature of native T cells affects their proliferation and differentiation.
