Abstract

The Federal Emergency Management Agency's main (FEMA) task was to provide housing for the people and rebuilding entire cities step by step after the destruction caused by Hurricane Katrina. Cleaning up the cities of flood waters is also important, hence contracts are awarded for the same as well as rebuilding the infrastructure.
