Abstract

Iran was noisy with the news about Ali Asghar Borujerdi, the murderer who had confessed to having sexual intercourse and subsequently killed thirty-three adolescent boys. In June 26, 1934, Borujerdi was detained by the police and was tried, convicted, and was hung in front of an immense crowd in Tehran's Sepah Square.
