Abstract

The evolution of the photoluminescence maximum and the full width at half maximum (FWHM) of ZnO quantum wells (QW) with temperature by Monte Carlo simulation is studied. It is stated that the density of localized states used in the simulation for the CdZnO QW is consistent with the absorption spectrum.
