Structure, ferromagnetic resonance, and permeability of nanogranular Fe-Co-B-Ni films

The characterization and analysis of the static and microwave magnetic properties of ([Fe.sub.0.7][Co.sub.0.3]71B22Ni7 nongranular ferromagnetic films are performed. The combination of the reasonable values of permeability and high ferromagnetic resistance frequency makes these nanogranular materials useful in the development of inductive microwave components.
