The use of Commonwealth Oil Co Inc's Comminac AW Multi-Purpose Oil resulted in considerable savings for Vanamatic Co Inc. The screw machine products company used Comminac AW as cutting oil and machine lubricating oil in its Delphos, OH plant. After one year, it noted lower oil loss, higher production rates resulting from lesser downtime, extended tool life and reduced disposal costs. The environmentally friendly oil may also be used as a hydraulic fluid.
