Abstract
- Highly polar-axis-oriented CaBi2Nb2O9 (CBNO) thin films are deposited on platinum coated silicon substrates by the polymeric precursor method. The a/b-axis orientation of the ferroelectric films is considered to associate with the preferred orientation of Pt substrate.
