Abstract
- Optical microscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) methods are used to investigate the phase behavior of the ternary system glycerol trioleate/sodium oleate/water (GTO/NaO/W). The results help in understanding the phase behavior of lipid and surfactants that are found as ingredients of pharmacological products.
