Abstract
- Pseudomonas aeruginosa clone C is common in aquatic habitats and in patients affected by cystic fibrosis (CF). rRNA-coding gene probes from aquatic habitats and CF patients reveal homologous hybridization processes and responses to serotyping, phage and pyocin typing, with the exception of phenotypical CF isolates. Three other P. aeruginosa clones were isolated from CF patients and habitats.
