Abstract

Solid state reaction methods, water-in-oil micromulsion and sol-gel methods are used to prepare Gd(2-x)Ce(x)CuO4 which is characterized by transmission electron microscopy and photon correlation spectroscopy. The characterization reveals that the internal magnetic field is related to the WF of the copper moments. The magnetic field is inversely proportional to the diameter.
