Abstract: The clinical toxicity is evaluated in HIV-infected persons receiving antiretroviral therapy (ART) in Uganda. The results have shown that clinical toxicities were common, but no patients discontinued ART due to toxicity and most of the common toxicities were managed with single-drug substitutions.
