Abstract
- The effects of mineral fertilizer (NPK) and organic manure on the community structure of soil ammonia-oxidizing bacteria (AOB) are examined in a long-term fertilizer experiment. The results have shown that long-term application of N fertilizers might result in increased soil nitrification potential and the ammonia-oxidizing bacteria (AOB) community shifts in soil.
