Abstract

Computer chip makers use mixture of acids, solvents, chelating agents, surfactants and corrosion inhibitors to remove debris and slurries generated during manufacture of chips. Chemical companies are now working on upgrading cleaners or cleaning mixtures for next-generation computer chips.
