Wave packet dynamics in triplet states of [Na.sub.2] attached to helium droplets

Abstract
- The helium droplet isolation (HENDI) method combined with fematosecond pump-probe spectroscopy were sued to investigate the dynamics of vibrational wave packets excited in [Na.sub.2] dimers in triplet states. The results show that the wave packet dynamics appear to be unperturbed by the helium droplet environment.
