Abstract
- Multiphoton tomography of human skin and nanosurgery of human chromosomes are performed with a 1 GHz repetition rate laser by using femtosecond multiphoton laser tomography DermaInspect as well as a compact galvoscanning microscope. It is shown that gigahertz laser sources can be used in multiphoton microscopy, nanomedicine and nanobiotechnology.
