Abstract

The growth, microstructure and electrical properties of epitaxial PbZr[O.sub.3] films of two different crystallographic orientations, grown on SrRu[O.sub.3]-covered (100)SrTi[O.sub.3] and on BaPb[O.sub.3]-covered and BaZr[O.sub.3]-buffered (100)SrTi[O.sub.3] single crystal substrates, respectively, are described. The studies have shown the antiferromagnetic behavior of the PZO films of both orientations.
