Abstract: Relative frequencies of four phylogenetic groups of antibiotic resistant and susceptible Escherichia coli populations were compared to examine the effect of antibiotic selection on conventional and organic dairy farms. Results concluded that organic farming changed the frequency of resistant strain and impacted Escherichia coli populations
