Abstract

The ultraviolet (UV) and infrared (IR) absorption cross-sections of formaldehyde (HCHO), HCDO and DCDO in nitrogen bath gas at atmospheric pressure are measured. The values of such cross-sections are found to be equal to within the experimental uncertainty.
