Abstract
- The scaling of the polarization and the static dielectric susceptibility is by using a mean-polarization approach for ultrathin epitaxial Pb[Zr.sub.x][Ti.sub.1-x][O.sub.3] thin films. The Curie temperature in ultrathin films is more sensitive to epitaxial strain when compared to the polarization and the critical thickness is dependent on the temperature-epitaxial strain parameter space.
