Abstract
- A specific polarized Raman procedure is developed for the quantitative characterization of local biaxial domain texture in polycrystalline BaTi[O.sub.3] (BT) by considering the angular distribution. The angular dependence of Raman intensity measured in polycrystalline BT has depended on the statistical distribution of domain angles in the laser microprobe.
