Abstract

The electronic structure, Zeeman splitting, and Stark shift of [In.sub.1-y][Mn.sub.y][As.sub.1-x][N.sub.x] oblate quantum dots are studied. The anisotropic and isotropic state of Zeeman splitting are influenced by magnetic quantum number of total orbital angular momentum.
