Abstract
- The solution X-ray scattering data is used for defining the global structure and the interfaces of an RNA:RNA complex. Applying small-angle X-ray or neutron scattering (SAXS) data for optimizing the global structures of RNA molecules and for defining the interfaces of complexes is a step forward in developing more robust strategies for solution structure determination.
