Abstract

A Gallup survey conducted Dec. 6-11, 1995 found that 51% of Canadians would vote for Jean Chretien's Liberal Party, down from 54% the previous month. Forty-two percent of Canadians either have not decided or are not willing to support a federal party. The Progressive Conservatives received support from 15% of the decided voters. The Bloc Party was supported by 12% of Canadians, but 48% of Quebecers. The Reform Party received 12% of support.
