Abstract
- The fabrication of predominantly (100)-oriented Ca[Bi.sub.4][Ti.sub.4][O.sub.15] (CBTi) films on Pt (111)/Ti/Si[O.sub.2]/Si substrates is described. The results suggested that predominantly (100)-oriented CBTi can be used as a potential candidate for the future high-density ferroelectric random access memory (FeRAM).
